Butter worker

Butter was put into a wooden tray and wooden butter workers were used to press down on the butter and "work" out the liquid in order to mold it into a lump. Often mistaken for scoops, butter workers exhibit a handle with an angle different from scoops, one that is optimal for pressing down.
